Anastasia in 2005 discovered meditation and saw the world with different eyes.
Since then, she has been in constant research for inner balance and broadening her horizons of knowledge.
Later, yoga appeared in her life.
Yoga helps to withstand the old injuries of professional sports, to be in good shape and not think about pain.
The feeling of a new quality of life pushed her to teach yoga in order to share her experience and knowledge.
She has attended various seminars with many notable teachers who, in their own way, have contributed to the development of her teaching as well as her personality.
